The Well House Hamilton, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

We stayed the weekend of operation pumpkin. The hotel was very modern and very welcoming. The hotel was just about 100 yards away from the festival which was very convenient for us.The front desk clerk Joey Fuson was very helpful and answered all of our questions that we had. We will be back next year for the festival. The big reason we will come back to the hotel is because of the location to the festival, the cleanliness of the hotel, and Front desk clerk Joey Fuson for all of her help and making our stay so enjoyable.

This is the standard that I judge all tapestry hotels by Hilton against now. The staff here were friendly and well groomed. The building is well kept and the updates are tasteful while keeping the original feeling of the building. The on site restaurant is wonderful. Their bourbon selection is great and worth the visit. Decore of the rooms holds to the same standard as the rest of the hotel. The only downside is the room was fairly cramped.

Had a day and a half meeting that made it necessary for me to take a red eye flight that got me to the hotel at 7am. They worked with us and arranged for me to be able to check in at my arrival. Their staff was very friendly and accomodating and instead of your typical square box of a room it had a great asthetic. I have to be back in the area next year and will definitely be staying there again.

This hotel has been lovingly restored! I’m from the area but live out of state now. It’s wonderful to have somewhere so affordable, yet beautiful and clean to stay when I come “home” for visits. Everyone was so welcoming, kind, and hospitable. Hilton-I’ve not always been a big fan, but you’ve won me over with The Well House.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise. It is an absolutely beautiful building with a fantastic location right on the river walk and walking distance to great restaurants. The restaurant is the hotel was amazing! The rooms were well appointed, very spacious, comfortable beds, and the bathroom was luxury. I would not stay anywhere else when in the area

My stay at The Well House was excellent. This was my first time staying at a Tapestry Collection property, and it exceeded my expectations. The hotel is beautifully maintained—modern, clean, and comfortable throughout. Check-in was smooth with no issues. When I arrived, I noticed that the standard room was a bit tight. Joey at the front desk acknowledged my Diamond status right away and graciously upgraded my room. That simple gesture reflected great customer awareness and set the tone for the rest of my stay. I would like to give special recognition to Felicia, who truly embodies exceptional guest service. As someone who travels 95% of the year, I pay close attention to the little things—and she stands out. Felicia consistently goes above and beyond for guests, even running Uber Eats deliveries up to rooms late at night when she doesn’t have to. That level of care makes a huge difference, especially since the hotel’s security policy doesn’t allow outside delivery personnel beyond the lobby. It means guests don’t have to come down late at night to pick up their food—something small, but incredibly thoughtful. Felicia is always smiling, upbeat, and genuinely kind. Even when offered a tip, she humbly says, “You don’t have to—it’s my job to make sure guests are happy.” That level of dedication and humility is rare. Management should take note: Felicia represents the gold standard of customer service. She deserves recognition—and in my opinion, a promotion. The experience we had was wonderful, the view is breathtaking of the river and all the old architecture surrounding the hotel. Our room was clean and spacious with plenty of options for natural light. But what sold us completely on the property was Joey at the front desk, she was so kind and helpful every time we went down there and each time I called down which was several times with questions and she never got annoyed and was always so polite. She also gave us great recommendations to see in the area and we enjoyed every place we visited that she told us about. Her customer service was above and beyond and she was just genuinely very kind and easy to talk to! Thank you for a great experience Joey!

This tapestry is great... I was skeptical because of the size, but was very surprised because of the look and history. It is actually very elegant and the staff was amazing. I met a amazing chef in the breakfast area, Her name is Brandy if my memory serves me right. I even offered her a job, but she declined saying she is loyal to the Well House. She was very helpful and very attentive, and the food was great. The front desk attendant were great also, all three of the ladies I met a brunette with glasses, a blonde and the night time lady. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody. Keep up the amazing work.
